Need some extra eyes on your back squats or your kettlebell swings? I got you! This is for the individual who doesn’t want a full program or weekly coaching, but they do want to check in to see that they are practicing their movements with safety and in the best manner possible. Want to learn the basics of kettlebells or powerlifting? You can also use this to start your training practice!

Can be used for:

-Powerlifting skills (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)

-Kettlebell skills (Swings, cleans, TGU, snatches, etc.)

-General Strength Training

Sessions can be completed in person at my home gym or over zoom.
