In this workshop we will be breaking down the

  • Clean

  • Swing

  • Snatch

  • Push Press/Push jerk

  • Complexes and swing varietals

You will learn proper form, how to increase overall volume and strength of these moves, avoid injury and take home drills to bring into your weekly practice.

We will give real time coaching feedback on each individual and explain how to use KBs in order to benefit Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and other fitness modalities and goals.

  • Beginner to intermediate Kettlebell users 

  • You want to learn proper technique of foundational KB skills while avoiding injury

  • You love to learn and expand your fitness skills

Who is this not for?

  • Individuals looking to learn about KB sport. Nothing wrong with it!  Just not the focus today:)
